Twenty years experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines, with digital performance at the core. My perspective comes from leadership roles at a major publisher, a large portal, a leading affiliate network and in full-service, global media agencies. My most recent roles have required me to define, execute and optimise successful cross-channel strategies; building and leading a network of teams in a number of international territories. As the client / account lead, it has been my responsibility to dictate strategy, communicate our goals and intentions at all levels and create an environment of calm consistency - even in the most chaotic environments - in which the delivery teams can thrive. In my latest role, as well as my client leadership duties, I sit on the Board, helping direct Agency operations with with one eye on delivery in the present, and one on successful growth in the future.

Having a sales background was extremely useful in seeing these recommendations accepted and essential to cross-selling clients into activity within other dgm channels.I was also responsible for the ongoing training and development of my team and it was satisfying to see them achieve promotions, recognition and become experts within their sectors.Client Sales Manager (March 2005 - October 2006)In this role as the lead Client Direct new business consultant for dgmAffiliates, one of the largest and longest established networks in the UK affiliate services market I led presentations and negotiations at the highest level and was a regular delegate at major industry events.I was consistently successful, even in lean times for the industry with new business wins including Club Med, the Lowcost Travel Group, JD Williams, Disney, Siemens, Sony Ericsson and Eclipse Internet.
