I was asked (internally through Motorcycle Store) to set up and manage a brand new Honda dealership. This consisted of everything from hiring/training staff, to setting up accounts, marketing and initial product orders. Once the dealership was up and running successfully, I was placed back in the workshops at Motorcycle Store.
