Cubos3000 BPO solutions is an experienced center for sales and marketing. We have been running campaigns that directly pertains to selling both for American and Australian accounts. I supervise agents on these campaigns by taking supervisory calls, coaching, training, monitoring and closing the deals.

First time working on a call center and started as a basic agent. Since Performance 360 BPO solutions is still starting and pioneering in Davao i have been passed on to different campaigns. Experienced calling for outbounds and inbounds campaigns such as student loan, payday loan, real estate, educational plan. Also experienced doing data entry but my longest agent experience is on Customer Service support. Worked for an online wheelchair store, our job is to multitask, we do take calls while track shipping, we do data entry and manufacturer calls, the task was tough but it was fun and satisfying. After being a Customer Service Representative i was promoted and now become a team leader for a hard selling campaign.
