O2 is an ever growing business and within this company my role is to manage a range of direct bluebill partners. My roles vary and keeps the job ever changing.Roles:- Manage sales figures of a range of partners. This involves reporting on forecast, disconnections, customer satisfaction along with prospects for new products.- Work with all key stakeholders within the partners, ranging from the Companies MD, sales people, service managers and back office team.- Learn about all new products O2 wish to take to market and then support the partners in reaching maximum product penetration within a customer base.- Support Partners in selling directly to customers via supported customer visits along with customer reviews. - Predominantly a B2B position. An acute understanding of B2C sales is advantageous.- Regular travel to partners sites to work on business development along with continued product training for sales and service team members.Mobiles play a large part of people's everyday life and the opportunities they offer people are endless. This does increase the customer demands on each sale. No longer is a mobile based on cost, it is more about the package it comes with and how much will it help the customer grow and support their own business.

Train Partners on products covering features and benefits to end users.Work through the partner’s individual marketing strategy that suits their current and potential audience.Build Joint Business plans with short, medium and long term goals.Review each account monthly to work through any issues and alter expectations where needed to better suit both parties.Travel to partners every other month for face to face meetings along with odd joint sales pitches when needed. Market research for individual partners to better grasp what the user needs.Feedback development requests to Gradwell that may come from meetings with customers and Partners.Build brand awareness to Partners and key selling techniques.
