I have received years of customer service experience through direct interaction with the clients at both my Audio Visual experience as well as my years of swim instruction. I hold to provide the best service I can at all times, which I feel I have done in my professional life. I recently completed Merit Americas IT Support Specialist certification which put my time management skills to the test, having completed Googles IT Support certification in one-third the time provided by the course itself, with the certification I am looking for a position where I can advance my ability in the role of IT Support Specialist and am always willing to learn new and better ways of finding and solving problems.
