Oversee technical operations and equipment for the KeyBank Center. Includes videoboards, ribbonboards, endzone scoreboards, main audio system, distributed audio and video systems, intercom system, cable, satellite, and inserted TV systems, portable audio and video, and telephone systems.• Working with TV broadcast trucks to provide and receive audio, video, intercom, and phone feeds for arena and NHL, NLL, and all broadcasting partners (MSG, CBS, ESPN, WWE, etc.)• Efficiently providing support to NHL by catering to their technical needs while overseeing audio and video feeds to home and visiting coaches and Hawkeye system feeds to benches and press box• Resolving technical communication issues for all in-house departments and a variety of event day part-time technicians• Provided support to teams at Harborcenter and the Rochester Americans• Proficiently maintaining and upgrading the following systems: Scoring, large screen video display, ribbon boards, sound reinforcement, distributed sound, distributed audio, broadcast interface, telephone, and network wire infrastructures• Working with visiting media to provide telephone, ISDN, a/v, and data circuits and feeds• Operating equipment such as light trucks, Gator, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or other light power driven equipment
