My internship at AMG Vanadium exposed me to traditional casting processes, while my internship at General Electric Inspection Technologies taught me how to be adaptable. I also worked on various problem-solving design solutions at Impulse Technology utilizing Solidworks design and simulation tools.

Developed several advanced machines that utilized laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and artificial intelligence to efficiently sort a mixed material stream into metal alloy groups increasing value and improving potential recyclability. Gained hands-on experience operating a Laser Powder Bed Fusion Machine in order to develop advanced aluminum superalloys including some of the world’s strongest additively manufactured aluminum alloys. Applied CAM abilities to develop CNC capabilities to fast-track the company's mechanical specimen preparation and testing while saving $100 per sample and up to $30,000 a month. Led the Additive Manufacturing team in the build preparation and design of experiments by learning the Materialize Magics software and applying this knowledge to accelerate the development of processing parameters for NanoAl's proprietary Addalloy series of materials.
