• User administration - creating, updating, and removing users, sites and studies as requested by the users via tools such as Medidata RAVE, iMedidata, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), FTP, Coder, CSA• Maintain user access requests and list of users to ensure compliance with procedures• Check that users are following established data collection rules and guidelines for data capture and report findings to management• Perform data analysis and run quality control checks to ensure compliance to data capture procedures and business expectations; interface with functional areas on quality issues through to resolution• Ensures consistency and accuracy of information and reporting through periodic checks and identifies issues; resolves issues through data collection and reporting improvement efforts• Addresses and resolves account administration incidents and requests including running audit trails. • Responsible for analyzing, interpreting and administering end user web account requests placed in the Medidata platform and any associated integration/application. Verify data for consistentcustomer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements to improve supportability, minimize customer effort, and develop/implement new support strategies.
