Providing code-level support for customers developing on the Salesforce B2C Commerce ecommerce platform (formerly Demandware).My day-to-day involves every surface of web infrastructure, with emphasis on APIs and server-side JavaScript.Software Engineer turned Support Engineer--The initial bulk of my programming experience came from my work creating a ticketing system (similar to the systems used by support) using ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server. I handled all aspects of the project, from the database and web servers to the front- and back-end programming. I started teaching myself how to write code in middle school, ultimately contributing to a Minecraft server program (in C#) as part of a small team for a year or two. Alongside a mix of professional work, I have done various small side projects in C# (ASP.NET and WinForms), Java, JS, TS, etc. for a mix of fun and education.Recently I've been creating a shell script for just about anything.
