As a Computer Data System Operator at the United States Marine Corps (USMC), I supervise the training of 10-12 team members to improve their job readiness and ensure they meet the annual training requirements with a 100% effectiveness rate. I also manage risk and protect assets, property, and equipment valued over $1M, while meeting the expectations of senior leadership. In addition to my operational duties, I work directly with the senior management and program directors to ensure alignment and compliance. I use my analytical skills and computer literacy to keep inventory of over $1M worth of equipment using Microsoft and similar programs, and to maintain 100% accountability and up-to-date records. I am motivated by the values of honor, courage, and commitment, and I strive to contribute to the excellence and success of the USMC.
