Training Manager
Current· Defines, plans and executes the implementation of the Enterprise Operations training strategy tosupport the achievement of strategic and tactical goals of EO. Identifies resources and tools toexecute education and training strategy, utilizing measurable goals linked to strategic intent.· Manages team of 10+ trainers · Consults with EO senior leaders, stakeholders and work groups to drive creative andappropriate learning solutions to meet the goals associated with projects, products, and systemimplementations. · Implements complex, specialized learning strategies to improve organizational performanceand advises on continuous refinement of existing programs.· Manages the development and analysis of follow-up assessments to determine theeffectiveness and ROI of training programs to ensure technical training initiatives are in alignmentwith business strategy and goals· Collaborates with corporate Learning and Development on large scale design anddevelopment projects to ensure adherence to corporate learning standards and design principles.· Analyzes and contributes data for the monthly dashboard to provide status of trainingprograms to EO Leadership Team.· Simultaneously participates on and/or leads multiple, complex projects which may requireinterdepartmental collaboration and influence.· Works in partnership, as appropriate, with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art,technology-based training, tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiencesand integrate effectively into EO’s culture.· Effectively manages curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirementsthrough appropriate tools and resources.
