James is a forward-thinking Director with over 20 years global experience in the construction industry, specialising in Health, Education, Precinct innovation and Corrective Sectors. His versatile experience includes all aspects of pre and post-contract negotiation as well as cost planning, bill of quantities, pre-tender estimates, tender analysis and negotiation, cost reporting, value engineering, final accounts, life-cycle costing and post-contract administration. Starting his journey in Limerick, Ireland, James graduated with an Honours Degree in Construction Management and Economics (Quantity Surveying) where he oversaw the successful delivery of large-scale projects across a multitude of sectors.
