Currently in charge of service coordination at Ingersoll Rand for the state of Tennessee. My primary role is end to end management of all projects and service in Tennessee, as well as parts of north Georgia, and Alabama. My days are dynamic, entailing the quoting/scheduling of repairs, system installations and preventative maintenance, paired with managing a team of 10-14 technicians. I use a combination of systems/applications to quote and order parts, communicate with outside vendors, create billing accounts, issue invoices, collect customer data, and manage our internal schedule. Leveraging management and analytical skills gained from previous management roles, I excel in crafting an efficient operation and overcoming complex logistical challenges
