Embarking on a new venture with North Norfolk Primary Care Limited. Leading the development of the emerging primary care at scale provider for North Norfolk. Exciting challenges ahead.

Contracted to North Norfolk CCG (NNCCG) as Turnaround Director to develop a wide ranging turnaround programme. Development and delivery of a £9.25m QIPP and design and embedding of a Programme Management Office (PMO) and change management project to provide the CCG with a sustainable efficiency programme. In 2015/16 NNCCG embarked on a £9.25m QIPP Programme as the core element of their Financial Recovery Programme. Leading this programme and delivering a wide ranging change package was one of the best contracts that I have ever been involved in. The CCG posted a very impressive £8m+ figure (4% of allocation) at a project conversion rate of 87% and these projects were 90%+ recurrent. (Not a balance sheet QIPP!) This led to me staying with the CCG and bringing in more Engine13 Limited staff to develop and deliver the 16/17 QIPP Programme where we aim to go further than the previous year. Very much enjoying working with NNCCG and local stakeholders, who want to make sustainable system change happen. Refreshing.

I founded The Tiger Factory and delivered the following contracts as my own limited company;Equitable Access to Primary Medical Care (Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale PCT) - Programme Lead Mobilisation of GP Practices and GP-led Health Centre (Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale) Programme Manager Transforming Community Services (Bury PCT) Programme Manager Financial Turnaround (Bury PCT) Programme Manager Public Health Transition (Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale CCG and Rochdale MBC) Programme Lead Assistant Chief Officer (Bolton CCG) 8 month contract to lead on setting up QIPP Programme and internal programme functionsAll the above contracts were delivered successfully and on time, within budget. Referees are available from all the above organisations.

Moved back to Manchester from London after 8 years working within Promotional Marketing and Project Management. I then started to work as a contracted interim for the NHS. I did this for three years before setting up The Tiger Factory Ltd.
