As a member of the Proposal Development team in the Sales Operations department, I was responsible for developing, delivering and tracking multiple proposals requested by prospects and brokers. I coordinated with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Product and IT teams to compile information for the development of high-quality, strategically positioned responses. I have excellent communication and writing skills, am well organized and detail oriented, efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks throughout the day, and possess a willingness to learn and develop quickly. Major Duties and Essential Functions• Draft, edit and coordinate RFP and RFI responses in support of Sales team• Collaborate effectively within Sales, Client Success, Operations, Marketing and IT teams to draft responses to complex proposals or other questions that arise during the sales process• Support end to end proposal process with the creation of professional, customized and client centered proposals.• Customize existing proposal content to reflect specific client requirements within required timeframes.• Maintain well-organized electronic documentation of proposal activities.• Analyze effectiveness of proposal responses and support the development of process improvement to improve overall results.• Ensure that deadlines are met and final deliverable best represent Compass’ capabilities.• Coordinate prospect and broker site visits in support of the RFP process.
