James is a Associate Director with twelve years experience in the Construction industry working in the UK and GCC market covering a broad spectrum of sectors including leisure, commercial, retail, residential and large scale mixed use schemes. Graduating from the University of Portsmouth, majoring in Property Development with Quantity Surveying James is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has also completed a Masters in Construction Law at Robert Gordon University and a Masters in Forensic Accounting at the University of Portsmouth.James has gained invaluable experience through his involvement with a number of high profile schemes for both private and public sector clients such as Nakheel, Meraas, Saudi Aramco, Crown Estates as well as globally recognised retailers such as Westfield. James is well versed with all Cost Management aspects across the project lifecycle, covering both pre and post contract responsibilities and currently specializes in independent quantum expert services on behalf of developers, main contractors and specialist subcontractors.James is meticulous and methodical in his approach and has a high ability to effectively identify challenges and seek out solutions throughout the project’s progress. His involvement with large delivery teams has honed his communication skills and collaborative work ethic.
