I am a partner in PwC's health transformation business in the UK. I like to work with people who have the ambition and motivation to drive sustainable, positive change to improve quality of care, patient experience and operational efficiency and effectiveness. I do this through helping them to get the best from digitisation, process improvement, behavioural change and organisational design.I draw upon 18 years experience working in public sector bodies in Australia, the UK and Europe, as well as an amazing team of people, both within PwC and our alliance partners. I work in a partnership ethos with my clients - which requires a common purpose, openness, tenacity and the sharing of risk and reward.I'm a builder at heart and I love to establish something new or fix underlying problems. So I'm used to working in complex stakeholder environments such as complex multi-year transformation, organisational restructuring, and financial constraint.
