Supervise subcontractors on all residential construction activities through completion.Roofing, siding, windows and gutter installation.Measure and analyze potential job sites to accurately complete quotes.Prioritized customer service by maintaining regular communication with homeowners, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the construction process.Perform hands on work, including a wide variety of interior and exterior renovations to support project progress.Train new employees on the job for proper performance and expectations.Follow up with all customers once the job is complete to confirm they are satisfied.Snow removal during winter months.

Install, maintain and repair POWERCHOCK vehicle safety restraint system, including welding to secure brackets and mounting posts and electrical wiring to power units.Lead training of sub-contractor teams and supervise installation and servicing of equipment through completion.Complete equipment inspections, repairs and maintenance on POWERCHOCK systems.Adhere to all safety and operation protocols as per customer’s site requirements.Complete on-site surveys and mapping requirements.Complete drop-in customer visits and inspectionsEnsure a safe environment by monitoring dock area and clearing debris, tools and equipment from job site.Document all work performed and communication with sub-contractors and customers.Complete customer visits and inspections.
