•Used maintenance manuals to edit and create work instructions for routine maintenance, Heavy checks, and non routine maintenance for 777, 757,767, DC-10 aircrafts.•Collaborated with FAA inspectors and processors to ensure all work instructions and work packages were compliant with federal regulations and processes.•Managed four fleets (20 aircraft) maintenance packages. Including scheduling maintenance to insure minimal impact to flight operations.•Special project: Developed SharePoint program to streamline the edit, approval, and change request processes for company-wide maintenance packages.
