I have 18 years of experience working in development projects in the Western Balkans, including extensive experience of project planning and management. I possess strong proposal writing, research and analysis, and MEL skills, with experience applying them to a broad range of issues. I have a decade of experience programming social inclusion projects, particularly for the Roma community, with broader experience in human and minority rights. Since 2021 I have applied this know-how leading social impact assessments and mitigation in the environmental sector, particularly related to informal waste collectors.     In collaboration with the Federation of Jewish Communities in Serbia, I designed and led the documentation project “Portraits and Memories of the Jewish Community in Serbia before the Holocaust”, which, in cooperation with Jewish Communities in Serbia, preserved memory of Jewish Community in Serbia through building up a digital archive of over 6,000 pre-Holocaust era photographs and 325 testimonies of Holocaust survivors and their families. I conceived of and managed all aspects of the project from beginning to end, led a team of researchers, coordinated with Jewish Communities across Serbia, planned and managed outreach to over three hundred holocaust survivors and their families, and oversaw the production of an exhibition and education programme that engaged over four thousand school children. The project was supported by the EU, Ministry of Culture (RS), and Claims Conference.
