I assisted customers with any questions or needs regarding merchandise in the department I was responsible for. I was on track as a top sales person and was responsible for keeping a book of business to keep up with my customer base. I learned how to deliver excellent customer service while at Nordstrom.

I served guests at the Bacara Resort and Spa at The Bistro Restaurant. I served up to 10 tables a night while providing club members with quick and friendly customer service. At Bacara Resort and Spa, we were held to a high standard due to the high income guests that we often served.

I planned over 30 academic, social and wellness events for Residents staying at the dorms as well as maintained safety and security for the residents. I led over 50 property tours for prospective residents and was responsible for helping to fill occupancy. I also worked at the front desk and answered phones for questions about the dorm or for tour information.
