• Projects manage events in conjunction with the Executive Director and Board instructions.• Help identify grants and funding for pursuit by the Executive Director.• Help develop annual budget with Board.• Solicit volunteers for events and have a sufficient coverage for the event success.• Oversee and coordinate special events as the Board may seem necessary. • Promote Rebuilding Together and its mission to the community. Target areas of need and develop partnerships to help accomplish the mission.• Create individual Home Owner contracts per the wishes of the Board. Do not over commit on our ability to perform or beyond the core mission.• Identify and Qualify Home Owners for our services.• Represent the Board in additional needs as directed.• Conducts pre-event meeting with homeowners.• Completes release and sign off forms with homeowners.• Completes punch list per house post work day.• Negotiates work contract with house captains and homeowners.• Interacts with local political figures, CRA Board members and communities.

• Provide liaison services between the South Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (SMCRA)and area residents to facilitate community consensus regarding Community Redevelopment agency project initiatives.• Provide neighborhood outreach assistance to encourage and foster positive relationships between the (SMCRA) residents, City of South Miami staff and local City officials and Board Members.• Disseminate information to SMCRA residents regarding municipal codes, grant regulations etc. as they apply to redevelopment projects in the SMCRA area.• Provide recruitment for and accurate review for all grant funding applications for strict adherence to all applications.• Provide statutes monthly reports regarding the status of on-going projects initiatives and pending grant applications. • Monitor the physical condition of properties in the SMCRA area.
