Provide tech support to walk in patrons who need help on computers, tablets, e-readers and other electronic devices, as well as over the phone technical support.

Trained adults in a 24 hour Basic Computer class that taught skills such as, using a mouse, keyboarding, Microsoft Office, email, basicinternet skills, etc. Coordinating outreach opportunities for the program, recruiting volunteers, follow up case management calls to program participants, troubleshooting/repair, and software installation on damaged computers.
