I am a Youth Mentor/ RTO Trainer employed with National Joblink for 4 years now and every day I am grateful that I get to the opportunity to help youth find their way! Over the years I have worked in Civil Construction and Design, Hospitality, Employment Services and dabbled in a range of others. Most recently I have been delivering short course for employability skills and RTO accredited element units in Hospitality and Construction.My passion has always been about empowering others to see their own potential and going for it. Im a bit of a pusher but with best intentions. I wasn’t always this way though that’s what makes character and develops personality! My specialty is Creating Positive Change in Thoughts, Goals and Life through Engagement and Support. I believe learning through doing allows the opportunity to put theory in to practice and be practical. While at NJL I have learnt a lot and have been blown away by what the job can bring and what the participants have to offer this world. During my down time, I volunteer for SES, enjoy playing with drones and gadgets especially when going out camping. I am a big supporter in recycling and reusing to keep the environment sustainable and enjoy involving myself in community clean-ups, tree plantings and not-for-profit initiatives.I am a new father and have a very supportive partner. They drive me to be better, to work for it and to trust my instincts.
