• Plan and lead facility repairs, including 4 construction/renovation projects totaling approx $600,000 last year. Monitor contractor performance and overall project oversite.
• Manage and implement 10 vendor contracts including snow removal and HVAC preventative maintenance.

Responsible for the development of Lockheed Martin training and test programs including: documentation, coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Training Academy, and the instruction of material to FAA personnel- Participated in multi-discipline engineering team supporting the life cycle of the Automated Radar Terminal Systems software.
