Direct all physical plant operations located on the 15 acre campus, including five buildings totaling over 120,000 sq. ft. Responsibilities also include: Budget management, administration of safety and security programs and developing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules.• Manage building records, blueprints, maps, etc. so future maintenance can be accomplished with great efficiency.• Monitor environmental management systems for efficient HVAC usage managing costs to budget of 575,000 KWH annually• Supervise maintenance and custodial staff and Department of Correction personnel in the following areas: scheduling, training and work direction, interviewing, performance evaluations and corrective actions. • Plan and lead facility repairs, including 4 construction/renovation projects totaling approx $600,000 last year. Monitor contractor performance and overall project oversite. • Manage and implement 10 vendor contracts including snow removal and HVAC preventative maintenance. • Serve as the project manager for campus projects in conjunction with the States Office of Engineers. • Operate and maintain swimming pool, maintain Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification. • Perform duties as the campus Risk Manager to include, safety inspection, emergency action check lists, accident reports; identifying improvement opportunities and making appropriate changes. Manage the campus security plan.

Responsible for the development of Lockheed Martin training and test programs including: documentation, coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Training Academy, and the instruction of material to FAA personnel- Participated in multi-discipline engineering team supporting the life cycle of the Automated Radar Terminal Systems software product. - Authored Air Traffic Control Systems course material including lesson plans, laboratory scenarios, and qualification exams for use by the FAA.
