I regularly advise Harper Macleod’s Public Sector clients in relation to corporate, commercial, regulatory and public procurement issues. I deal with a variety of large scale project work including all of the Local Authority housing stock transfers in which the firm has been involved. I also advise Harper Macleod’s extensive Housing Association and Local Authority client base on a wide range of issues and have developed significant knowledge and experience in relation to Social Housing and Public Sector law in Scotland.
