- Team leader in overseeing the planning and development of structural buildings. This usually involves working on site and in office, depending on the stages of development. Civil engineering allows a good balance of experience of both worlds, and I absolutely love working in such a unique role.- Liaising officer between various stakeholders and parties of interests involved a client-centric project. We take a customer-centric approach when proposing an innovative solution to their needs, it is entirely based on their preferences and style of construction. We absolutely do not fuss at restarting from scratch, at stage zero of conceptualizing a construction plan, to get things right before fully committing our resources. We also sort out all liaising with different parties involved on behalf of our client and to deliver what we promise. - Inspiring and leading new graduates to gain a rich experience while working with us and for them to gain a solid footing in the civil industry. I was given the opportunity to work in a leadership role associated with leading the other interns to fulfill a series of tasks related to the objective of our intern. This further improved my interpersonal skills as well as enhanced my communications with other employees. It was very challenging as a leadership role requires a clear picture of all the human resource related in fulfilling a task.

I was given the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professional engineers and interns in a high pressure environment. During this period, we were constantly challenged with change related problems and required us to further commit our communication skills which often leads us to a satisfactory solution. The highlight of this intern were the new connections I've made with other professional engineers and it was overall a very rewarding experience.
