I have achieved this by establishing and growing partnerships with over 25 large businesses, including some of NZ’s favourite brands; Mitre10, Foodstuffs, Z Energy and Mercury. I have also transformed Loyalty NZ’s $65m Rewards P&L through a full business re-build that resulted in over $3m being returned in margin and productivity gains. I have Executive Leadership experience as a member of the Leadership Team at Loyalty NZ, through to building award-winning teams who have been recognised at the NZ Marketing and NZ Direct Marketing Awards.I am seeking a new challenge to use my leadership experience, robust commercial acumen and strong collaborative skills to work with an Executive Team focusing on ongoing business improvement to drive revenue.
