With 28+ years of proven safety experience, and leadership within the Joint DoD Force, I directly work with the most hazardous operations and training events in DoD. By using common-sense practices and approaches has led to organizational change that has significantly reduced accidents, incidents, and costs. By redefining standards, expectations through risk management, organizational capabilities expanded within 29 CFR 1960 (Military Unique) operations. I have built coalitions of specialized experts through cooperations for standard and non-standard safety programs when standards were either non existent or lacked sufficient guidance and direction have led to outstanding results. I've held extensive responsibilities with managing money/ budgets, personnel, and construction projects for both standard and non-standard (29 CFR 1926) operations simply by using "out of the box" thinking while demonstrating, no task is ever too hard to accomplish because "We don't admire problems."
