Directed the process of bringing all Corporate Compliance functions in-house. This includes Federal, State and Local compliance regulations related to all aspects of the business. Worked to develop processes and procedures related to Employee Safety, Product Registration and Compliance, Federal and State DOT compliance.

Promoted to assume the manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and customer service management of the Florida Division. Challenged to turnaround underperforming production and distribution units, control the increasing inventory loss, maximize overall cost per ton output, and support the Sales Division with $25 million in Revenues. Oversee the strategic planning, operations, inside sales, and transportation logistics of a division with +$10 million in Expenses.;

Directed the corporate accounting team charged with managing all financial planning and reporting for three operating companies with annual revenues of +$125 million. This team was charged with reporting daily cash flow, weekly sales data, all monthly internal and external Profit and Loss compilation and review and all annual reporting to shareholders. The team was comprised of general ledger manager, accounts receivable and payable personnel, and other administrative staff.

Leading role in all start up operating activities of this newly formed distribution division servicing the Southeast with primary geographic focus on southern Georgia and Florida. Commissioned with setting up real estate locations, accounting infrastructure, office personnel and financing requirements to begin new business operations
