Information Systems Project Manager• Project Management responsibility for delivering multiple first-of-a-kind projects in France, Germany, UK, India & Brazil (Projects up to €2m).• Full end-to-end lifecycle project responsibilities involving: Requirements gathering, technical requirements documentation, project planning, risk register, weekly project monitoring, budget tracking, training & entry into service.• 5 Years experience working with RFID and Auto-ID technologies and systems; IoT & Digitalisation initiatives.• Managing external service providers and internal customer expectations.• Working with a wide variety of people and managing projects effectively; on time and within budget.Sourcing & Procurement• Day to day responsibility for managing department budget of €4m.• End-to-end management of internal customer hardware orders.• Managing external service providers and internal customer expectations.• Put in place new cost saving and time efficient procurement strategies.• Improved the accuracy of budget forecasts.Marketing & Communications• Responsible for all department communication and marketing materials.• Planning & delivery of major promotional events within Airbus.Business Strategy & Financial Planning Support• Preparing annual budget and forecast.• Forecasting internal and external resource costs against financial objectives.• Day to day planning of external contractor resources.
