As an Export Champion, nominated by the Department for International Trade, I will be sharing our success story with other local exporters. Our Exports have grown significantly in recent years following the introduction of a proactive and tailored approach, supported by the Department for International Trade and implemented by our dedicated staff.

Quayle Dental which incorporates Quayle Medical has been established since 1961.My role was to expand current markets and to explore and open new ones, we did this in conjunction with the Department of International Trade and UK Export Finance as working partners.Quayle has operated in 83 countries in the last 30 years, has won the Queen's Award for Enterprise & International Trade which is awarded to businesses for outstanding achievement in four categories, International Trade, Innovation, Sustainable Development & Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility)

I worked with Brighton CCTV to enhance the operational side of the business to prepare for the next stage of growth., They worked on various prestigious projects such as the British Airways I360, The Hilton Metropole Hotel, Brighton Dome, Sussex police, Sussex university, My Hotel Group, Burger King, Sealife Centre, Corals, the list goes on and on… they even worked on a superyacht in Monty Carlo.

TSG Financial believed in the concept of “making things simple.” We started the company to serve businesses, developers, and the general public, with their finance and life insurance needs.We worked with businesses accessing various funding methods, in order to promote growth and prosperity. This included invoice financing, development finance, asset finance, and a whole host of other ways to raise money, development finance ended up becoming the mainstay for the company so TSG Investments was formed.

I fulfilled a one year contract as a survey director. I was employed to expand the company’s national presence and to develop strategic partners.

This company was sold in a management buyout. During my time there, we supported the local Brighton and Hove City College. I was honoured to receive the Annual City Achievers award 2011 for ‘Outstanding Employer Contribution.’ I went on to achieve a ‘highly commended’ (for small apprenticeship employer of the year) in the National awards 2012.

This was an independent financial advisory company. We expanded rapidly in the boom of the early 2000s, reaching 13 advisers at one point, during the financial crisis of 2008, it was decided that we should concentrate on the other companies which were growing at a much faster rate.
