Lead a Business Banking Team of Lenders in the greater Chicago Area. Target market is businesses with annual sales of $3 to $50 million. Trusted advisor focus with loan, deposit, treasury management and wealth management solutions.

Responsible for Bank's Chicago Region Commercial Real Estate Group including sales management, budgeting, underwriting and collection efforts.

Rosemont, Illinois

Managed and Lead Cole Taylor Bank's C&I Lending Team and CRE Construction Team including sales, underwriting, collections and budgeting.

Wilmette, Illinois

Served as President and Senior Loan Officer of a De Novo Bank. Grew assets of the Bank to approximately $100 million while improving Bank's composite CAMEL rating from initial rating. Served as primary contact for various regulatory agencies. Drafted Bank policy and led monthly Board of Directors meetings.
