I have over 10 years of experience working in the Travel Industry. Currently, I work as a Tour Planner & I.T Specialist with Brack Tours, customizing group tours, improving products and services for our customers by developing our company's website and making sure all clients have the best user experience possible.Previously, I attended Southern Regional College, Newry, studying both at BTEC & Foundation Degree levels in Travel & Tourism Management. This allowed me to secure my current position at Brack Tours.During my time at Southern Regional College, I was also shortlisted for the Rooney Fellowship and managed to secure the spot of the first reserve, this is one of my greatest achievements to date and had helped me to become more confident. In 2014, Southern Regional College had nominated me for the Northern Ireland Travel Student of the Year, one of the most prestigious honours in the Northern Ireland Travel Industry. In October 2014 received this prestigious award.
