ACC is an organisation unique in the world! Every year ACC helps over 2 million people get back on their feet after an injury which is over 14,000 people every day. For almost 50 years, our purpose has been to operate New Zealand’s accident compensation scheme, which delivers injury prevention initiatives and no-fault personal injury cover for everyone in New Zealand.I helped leaders deliver change in an agile delivery way for projects/initiatives across ACC.
