My great-grandmother was an author, my grandfather collected over 10,000 books, and my mother is a business writer. So, when I grew up, I got a job in publishing. I work on nonfiction books for the Broadside, HarperBusiness, and Harper imprints of HarperCollins Publishers. I've worked on several New York Times bestsellers by authors ranging from David Mamet to Peter Zeihan. I am involved in nearly every stage of a book’s publishing process, from reviewing proposals, to editing manuscripts, to preparing the book for the printer. It's so gratifying to send authors their first copies after a long journey to publication day. I love seeing authors' publishing success lead to more success in their broader careers.
