Test Analyst
CurrentAs a Test Analyst, my role is to provide manual, automated and quality assurance on services within an agile delivery team. This includes development in the following activities: Functional acceptance and regression testingPerformance & Load testingAccessibility testingUsability testingIntegration testing (including API testing)Compatibility testingCloud deployment platforms and techniqueAs a Test Analyst, I am required to:Support the evaluation and analysis of interpreting information and requirements to inform the design and development of scalable testing frameworks.Write and execute test scripts for the existing and new IT applications and equipment, logging the outcome of the tests and documenting associated defects.Contribute to the design, development and delivery of project test plans and test specifications based on a variety of documents that outline both functional and non-functional requirements.Assist the assurance of testing cycles for externally delivered projects, validating and approving documentation, and outputs of testing, escalating issues and risks appropriately.Support the on-going development and maintenance of my skills and knowledge.Assist with the communication of translating complex information effectively across a wide range of people and levels of understanding, including both technical and non-technical audiences; to influence, negotiate and secure value-based outcomes and sign off ahead of delivery of services.
