Operations & Administrative Dept. Head, Quality Assurance and Naval Air Training and Operations Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Officer, Crew Resource Management (CRM) • Transformed the squadron mission from fleet logistical support to special operations (SPEC-OPS) support, and aircraft from the MH-60S to the HH-60H. Safely executed of over 2,300 mishap-free flight hours. • Managed over $3M in Reserve Programs Navy (RPN) budget, the execution of over 1,270 Additional Drill periods, and the processing of all reserve orders for over 130 personnel. • Transitioned the squadron from the H-3 to the MH-60S airframe. Meticulous attention to detail afforded the squadron an outstanding score for the first NATOPS inspection of HSC-85 as part of the active-duty wing.

• Orchestrated budget inputs, manning solutions, flight hour projections, data analysis, and Foreign Military Sales for 14 fleet replacement squadrons. Effective and efficient operation of the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) monitored by the Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP) division of Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF) resulted in a more streamlined pilot and aircrew production.

Contract Simulator Instructor - SH-60B and MH-60R

Flight Instructor, NATOPS Officer, Standardization Officer, Crew Resource Management (CRM)• Selected by the Training Wing Five Commodore to train 129 new instructor pilots, manage the HITU NATOPS program to ensure compliance with all Navy flight regulations and standardization, and to safely assess and reduce risk.

Flight Leader, Flight & Standardization Instructor, Crew Resource Management (CRM)• Voted by senior leadership as Instructor of the Quarter (Q1 2005) and Instructor of the Month, May 2005• Selected from over 72 officer flight instructors to lead Naval aviator flight training programs consisting of 20 officer instructors and over 45 officer student aviators. Reduced student program completion time from 33 to 31 weeks, resulting in a more rapid deployment of over 221 aviators into follow-on fleet squadrons. • Appointed from among 64 eligible officers to be 1 of 3 Hurricane Evacuation Officers responsible for the safe evacuation, mobilization, and accountability of over $55M in aircraft, 72 flight instructors, 14 enlisted instructors, and over 200 students across 7 states.
