I am a driven individual who has experience in business management and marketing. I am a self-starter who is hungry for success, and can clearly identify my goals and implement strategies to achieve them.My Master's degree in Business Administration has given me the skills I needed to accomplish feats such as spearheading 2 separate startup companies and their associated marketing campaign optimizations. A heavy emphasis on leadership in my education has empowered me to make heavy organizational changes, and corporate strategic redesign. I use the skills I gained from years of managing a large team, to develop teams, individuals, and systems to meet the demands of the strategic plan. Technical skills also include training/coaching, communication, negotiation, market research, brand reposition, web design, and statistical analysis. I also have extensive sales experience, and have used my communication skills to drive the success I've had in my sales background which includes leading a successful sales team, and managing and developing each sales rep individually, as well as collectively. I have extensively worked in business-to-business environments, closed business accounts, and created lasting relationships with clients. I have recently finished higher education for an MBA with a specialization in business leadership and organizational structure. I'm a strong team player who invests heavily in the best outcome for my organization as a whole. Time management and organizational skills have enabled all my achievements throughout my career thus far.
