I have extensive experiences in both the public and private sectors delivering major infrastructure projects from planning to completion, on budget and on time. I have had the pleasure of assembling many strong management teams and successfully integrating with, and leading, existing teams. I enjoy building strong relationships and a team atmosphere with many diverse entities and people. I have been directly involved many complex projects some which required intense project resolutions providing me with valued experience not only in resolution but conflict avoidance.I have had the pleasure of working with federal, state, and local government entities across the southeast and mid-west sections of the United States as well as private owners. This unique experience has given me the skills needed to facilitate projects and lead personnel in many diverse situations.I currently also am available for consultant services working with ongoing claims.
