I started off as a technician which involved being hands on with the equipment and learning about the different techniques and strategies with both Drying and Pest. After 7 years in to the job I got promoted to Team Leader which I really enjoyed, then recently I've been promoted to Manager of Xeric. As a team we've completed one of the largest pest control heat treatment in EuropeI've been involved in 4 major flood events Yorkshire/Humberside, Norfolk, Somerset and CumbiaTraveled all over England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland which over the years have met some amazing people.
