• Providing consultancy to Head of PMO and programme director to establish the full range of functions and embed them into regular and repetitive practice.
• Providing financial management within the Cabinet Office and assurance to the 6 delivery departments, conducting periodic reviews, ensuring effective use of tracking processes and assessing funding requests
• Improving monthly reporting from departments to ensure sufficient data is provided to reflect progress and inform the needs of mandatory reporting and drafting of dashboards to senior Government stakeholders.

• Setting up PMO for Agile managed Transformation Programme with multiple work streams with particular emphasis on governance, establishing Kanbans, supporting and analysing third party delivery and financial rigueur.
• Establishing and embedding financial assurance for the business project portfolio and IT BAU. Including the detailed assistance of financial aspects of creating business cases and annual business planning

• Established PMO for Case Management replacement project and extending tools across all other projects. Primarily embedding risk and issue management along with planning, financial tracking and reporting.
• Assisting the establishment of Digital transformation programme, the first time the organisation had used agile to deliver, with financial management, resourcing support and participating in scrums and retrospectives.
• Support of Cloud migration project including planning, procurement and financial management.
• Working in close liaison with Finance to maintain reporting integrity and manage year end accruals.
