Manage key relationships between Clients, captains, crew and the management team.Responsible for coordinating yacht management service deliverables for a portfolio of yachts. Manage a team of specialists to provide our contracted services tailored to the Client’s needs.Responsible for implementing a superyacht specific culture programme consisting of a clear mission, vision and set of core values aimed at raising the onboard standards of service and improving crew working dynamics across the Y.CO managed fleet. Identifying yacht training and recruitment requirements according to the onboard culture.Managing and establishing new partnerships with industry suppliers that provide for the ongoing demands of the Y.CO managed fleet.Visiting major boat shows and yachts to acquire new business to the growing Y.CO managed fleet.Key involvement in preparing and presenting a yearly operating budget for each managed yacht.

Self-established Personal Training Business launched in London and adapted to Luxury Yachting Industry- Qualified in various training techniques including HIIT training, TRX suspension fitness and Pad Work.- Self-marketed Personal Trainer specialising in Strength and Conditioning and HIIT training.- Managed a weekly group Bootcamp in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) and used it as a platform to target Superyacht Crew.- Through this I obtained employment on board M/Y Oasis as Personal Trainer to the owner, charter guests and crew.

During the London Olympic games I experienced the Olympic spirit first hand through being a part of the SMART team in the Olympic village. I worked in the VIP hospitality centre serving some of the best athletes in the world along with other various celebrities and significant others. The venue was extremely high profile and required service of the highest standard. I worked as part of a team to provide an ultimate experience outside of the sporting venues before and after the events. Duties consisted of setting up and preparing the venue, serving food and drink to up too 150 people and managing a group of bartenders.

Working for the London events agency EventWise, I undertook several different roles, I expanded my IT knowledge carrying out admin on a daily basis, I developed my sales skills through telesales, I helped set up and work at the corporate events the company provided. I used my interpersonal skills every day and enjoyed working and providing for different people.
