MCI is a global event management organisation with over 1600 experts across 30 countries.I was part of the Business Development team within the Association Management department, and was involved in multiple projects aimed at expanding associations in an international context.I was also a key member of the internal communications team. In this role, I delivered the 'Monthly Mocha' internal newsletter, lead a workshop on how to use online graphics tools and designed the logo for our team. Being a qualified youth football referee has developed my analytical, decision making and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the various participants including teenage players, adult managers, volunteer assistant referees, parents and spectators.
