This project was a major business transformation for the client and requires a great deal of coordination between the business, Information Technology, System Integrator and Oracle.

This project was a complete business transformation for the client and required a great deal of coordination between the business, Information Technology, and Oracle. This was the first complete automation of the metering and billing process for this client. This project allowed the Utility cooperative to replace many manual efforts and streamline their entire meter to bill process ensuring that they would be able to meter and bill their members in a timely and efficient manner.
