-Collaborate with Director of TA on department initiatives, strategies and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)-Support the deployment and sustainment of TA programs such as the employee referral program, career fairs, TA newsletter and volunteer outreach-Help identify operational tools to enhance the departments efficiency for day to day activities and future work-Manage the TA Operations support team with daily tasks and projects-Support Hanscom Based Program as needed with full life-cycle recruitment -TA lead for operational transition needs on newly awarded contracts valued between $90M-$225M and supported recruiting efforts as needed

-Lead recruiter for Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS II/HB) contract located at Hanscom Air Force base -In charge of full-life cycle recruitment for entry level positions such as administration and project coordination to senior level program managers (SME’s)-Partner with Director and Deputy Director of the PASS II contract to develop recruiting strategies -Consult with hiring managers on best practices and provide recommendations on candidate selection and negotiations-Attend national career events along with the Transitioning Assistance Program (TAP) classes held at Hanscom Air Force base to attract new talent-Manage internal tracking system in order to maintain recruiting metrics -Produce monthly manpower reports for deliverables to the government

-Recruit prospective players-Train new and current athletes skills/techniques of the game-Create events for team interaction/bonding off the field-Participate in college and community events to help promote the sport-Manage social media accounts to promote and provide awareness of club development and within the community
