This allowed us to view data from different lenses as well as easily drill down.Achievements:- Developed a Data Consolidation App for the team to standardise reporting and information to hand, this improved decision making and allowed the Procurement Department to be more proactive than reactive (saved c.80hours a month from consolidating data and improving integrity).- Improved risk reporting process by halving the time it takes to produce reports (1-2 hours a report saved).- Development of dashboard and reporting process for the T4 reopening recruitment effort of suppliers, which allowed the business to prioritise and help suppliers, where required.
