Heading up the performance pillar that sits under Commercial Operations in the New Hospital Programme (NHP).NHP is the largest hospital programme, building 48 new hospitals by 2030 with a further eight new schemes invited to bid for future funding. The hospitals provide and new concept to improve efficiency of the health service and deliver world class care to our patients.The Performance Team is responsible for strategy, data, reporting and systems and will help integrate with the Performance Assurance Office (PAO) and aim have a stronger handle on NHP's information going forward.

Day-to-day:- Developing a Data Strategy that will create efficiencies and better insights across Heathrow Procurement.- A conduit for data across Heathrow procurement.- Delivering analytical solutions (i.e., models and tools) in line with requirements, best practices, and Heathrow strategies.- Building and maintaining analytical products (i.e., reports and dashboards) in line with requirements, best practices, and approved tools.- Fully documenting and sharing pertinent information with stakeholders as a matter of course.- Cross-functional, collaborative working with the wider Procurement team to deliver solutions.- Delivering insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders including board level.- Engaging with the our suppliers and the supply chain to drive value.Heathrow Seat Cap: - Working collaboratively with c-suite, directors and various teams from different departments to monitor compliance with Heathrow's departure seat cap.- Developed a dashboard to consolidate all data which is used as a central one-stop-shop for data and monitoring. This allowed us to view data from different lenses as well as easily drill down.Achievements:- Developed a Data Consolidation App for the team to standardise reporting and information to hand, this improved decision making and allowed the Procurement Department to be more proactive than reactive (saved c.80hours a month from consolidating data and improving integrity).- Improved risk reporting process by halving the time it takes to produce reports (1-2 hours a report saved).- Development of dashboard and reporting process for the T4 reopening recruitment effort of suppliers, which allowed the business to prioritise and help suppliers, where required.

Responsible for ensuring projects run as efficiently as possible, by assisting Project Managers with complex projects within the Mott MacDonald Integrated Transport Division, leading in Aviation.Key accountabilities include:- Ensure the smooth running of projects.- Create project plans and ensure the are adhered to.- Look after the project financials (invoicing the client and ensuring money is received) and ensure BMS is adhered to. - Conduct reviews with the project team to ensure quality assurance e.g. punctuality of deliverables, ensuring any documentation for work and additional work is received and documented.- Completing admin for the project including additional work. Projects include:- Airport Digital Transformation Project in Oman - taking over Project Management for managing the implementation of new systems for billing of services to stakeholders (e.g. service providers to airlines).- Classified rail project for Network Rail acting as the independent reviewer of analysis and modelling that had been used to calculate compensation owed to rail operators.- Operations monitoring - responsible for the traffic analysis for the bi-annual report (seat capacity, movements and passengers).

Working on multi-million dollar projects providing: traffic forecasting (including post-COVID forecasts), operations monitoring, operations advisory and capacity analysis to airports globally.Worked on airports in the US, Asia and Europe.Duties:- Proactively engaging with stakeholders to provide leading consultancy services.- Developing KPIs, work flows, standards and guidelines to provide world class passenger experience.- Spearheading analysis for traffic forecasts and capacity assessments on time and under budget.- Developing conops plans and operations monitoring analysis/reports and meet tight deadlines.- Quickly adapting to different working teams to provide meaningful support.

Secondment to the Environment Agency working on carbon emission analysis, initially for three months but extended for another year.Key Responsibilities:- Spearheading the analysis and updating carbon emission baselines for carbon neutral certification.- Responsible for undertaking quality assurance on the ERIC carbon management process and the Carbon Calculators.- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure information is to quality and accurate.- Troubleshoot, problem solve and update ERIC carbon tools.- Assist with the creation and development of additional carbon tools.- Work with and advise area level teams to come up with solutions to estimate carbon prior to projects going live.
