Responsible for oversight and facilitation of Vendor Management activities for Technology Services- Infrastructure. Roles included overseeing UAT Testing, process analysis and improvement. •Responsible for the risk monitoring and escalation for the department. Tasks included quarterly SOX testing and reporting, business impact analysis, business continuity, and random audits of the settlement accounts. •Provided financial reporting to senior management on a regular basis. In addition to account standing, report on risk exposure and audit issues in providing accurate financial standing.
