Built, Repaired and Troubleshooter for Masoneilan Control Valves. Also learned to work with digital SVI positioners.

Offshore and On Shore. Natural Gas compressor stations. I was responsible for the commissioning of new and the repair of all gas over oil valve actuated ESD systems, Blow down valves, Compressor valves and Main Block Valves. Installing Shafer & Bettis upgrades, relocating old local Contol systems with New remote mounted controls that would enable The Operators to get out of the line of fire. Set control boxes manufactured tubing trays ran tubing to complex ESD control systems. Changed over older compressor stations with Non-pressurized ESD systems to Pressurized ESD systems. Function tested and Performed Final Testing and Timed Live Blow downs. My territories ranged from Southeast Texas to California and all the way up to Kansas. Worked closely with Shafer & Bettis at the time. Customer's included Florida gas, El Paso gas, Williams, Northern Natural gas, Kinder Morgan and many more. Pipeline was my Passion.

Introduced to the Valve Industry. Performing DCIQ on Manuel Valves. Gates, Globes, Checks and PRVs. Traveled to Utah, Wyoming and Colorado working outages at verious power plants. Specializing in the repair of inline high pressure non-return steam valves. I Also learned and excelled in MOV'S and certified with the older style Limitorque actuators. Along with rebuilding Cooling water Butterfly valves while in line . From there my talents were recognized and with many recommendations I was sent to Shafer and Bettis training earning me a path to becoming Flowserve's Pipeline Coordinator.

Worked the Flight Deck aboard CV 67 The John F Kennedy Aircraft Carrier. Was responsible for launch and recovery of The EA6B Prowler during Dessert Storm.
