Working with various individuals and groups, assisted in the final push for the successful passage of the 2014 Minnesota Women's Economic Security Act (MnWESA) which includes the ground-breaking pay equity certification requirement for employers seeking major state contracts. Focus more recently has been in representing property poor small cities in environmentally vulnerable areas in need of extensive infrastructure improvements.

MAOSC represents hundreds of cities with populations of 5,000 and under. Responsible for initiating and producing monthly Capitol & City newsletter. Redesign, expansion and ongoing updating of MAOSC.org website, revamping of newsletter design through Constant Contact. Initiating media and client outreach strategies to raise awareness of MAOSC among clients, sponsors and the general public. Legislative governmental relations specializing in water issues and formulation of transportation and tax appropriations funding small cities' streets.

Assisting in a variety of alternative energy projects, specializing in solar panel grants, tax credit and rebate lease buy-back packages for local governments and school districts.

Internal communications, media, and a wide array of facilitation duties for the statewide Renewable Energy Proof of Concept Center planning grant funded, in part, by US EDA. Co-authored and edited final report "Renewable Energy Innovation Project: Proof of Concept Center Plan for Minnesota."
